The gene mutations responsible for each of the genetic defects have been
identified and diagnostic tests have been developed by Dr. Jon Beever at the
University of Illinois. Additionally, Pfizer Animal Genetics’ testing procedures
have been validated by Dr. Beever, confirming they result in identical, accurate
outcomes.
